Every room within this exquisite villa offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean through the lanai, deck, and infinity pool, ensuring a captivating experience from the moment you arrive.

The master bedroom is equipped with two queen beds, allowing you to wake up to the panoramic beauty of the Kona coastline, visible for up to 30 miles, along with awe-inspiring 55-mile visibility to the horizon. Attached to this luxurious space is a private master bath that boasts a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower for your indulgence. The second bedroom comes with one queen bed and an additional twin-sized bed, conveniently located near its own bathroom down the hall—which also houses modern full-size washer and dryer units.

Your relaxation continues into the spacious living area, furnished with a large sofa that can double as an extra bed if needed. The expansive gourmet kitchen, combined with the living and dining rooms, equips any chef with all the necessary amenities to create delightful meals. Covering approximately 1,800 sq ft, with an additional 1,000 sq ft of deck and pool space, this villa provides ample room for both comfort and entertainment.

You’ll appreciate the brand-new split system air conditioning and heating installed in every room, ensuring optimal comfort throughout your stay. In total, the villa accommodates two bedrooms, including one featuring two queen beds and an ensuite soak-in tub + shower, and another with a queen bed and adjacent restroom.

The shared infinity pool is another highlight of the estate, available through a reservation system that allows you to book a preferred time slot for private enjoyment (maximum reservations of 3 hours daily). With a Fastlane device installed by Endless Pools, you can enhance your swimming experience, while the hot tub, nestled in a private area, offers the same spectacular views that define this remarkable property.

For added convenience, we offer a bundled package for guests, combining your stay with car rental options. If you wish to avoid long lines at the car rental desk, take advantage of our two brand new Tesla Model Y's (5/7 seaters) available for rent—perfect for exploring the island in style and comfort. Enjoy free charging on-site, allowing you to travel anywhere around the island without the worry of fuel costs. Additionally, delivery to and from Kona International Airport can be arranged for a nominal fee. Don’t hesitate to inquire about renting either or both vehicles.
